Line profile settings

Has anybody managed to change their line profile settings via the on-line control panel or is this just another SKY con job ?

Are you an ex O2/BE user on Sky Broadband Unlimited Pro?

After a long period of being advertised as "coming soon", the Line Profile Customisation option now seems to have completely disappeared from the Broadband Pro section of My Sky. (Unless it's because I'm on Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro - I was never totally convinced that this option was ever going to appear/work for fttc customers anyway).

The forums still there, other users are complaining about it not working, SKY don't seem to have a clue about it.
