Sky send out warning letters

The wording on this news article is strange. It seems to imply a list of IP addresses associated with customers today have been associated with internet actions by customers using that same IP address from a few years ago in 2013.

Later it mentions SKY used a list from the time of the allegation. Wonder what is correct.

Well as we know, one dynamic IP address can be used by several different customers in one day, let alone from 2 years ago, so that part of the article is definitely confusing. Perhaps it means if the customer moved house between 2013 and 2015 they would be using the 2015 address to send the letter to the correct house.

Just more junk mail for the recycling.
