BT Infinity to Sky Fibre migration

My migration from BT Infinity to Sky Fibre is today however my phone seems to have switched to Sky but my Fibre with Sky still isn't working in fact the BT Infinity connection still appears to be live.

Sky says allow up to midnight however I can't see anything happening now.

Is this normal ?

Yes, it's automated. What makes you think the Infinity connection still works?

Because the BT HH 5 still works in my house , connecting the Sky Q hub leaves me with an amber internet light we also haven't had the text to confirm it's live.

Forgot to ask , so nothing has to be done at the cab ?

Still sending these on my Infinity connection with the Sky Fibre still not live.

Did the same as you. My BT stopped at some point during the day and then the Sky was running when I got up the next day.
Just make sure you follow the instructions on the box smile
