Sky Home Move while out of contract

Hi,

I know that if you move house and broadband with Sky, you are not forced into a new contract. But what about if like me you're out of contract? Will I have to sign on for another 12 months?

Oh - sorry. I did look through that but couldn't see anything about out of contract.
