sky congestion?

Been pointed out on kitz which confirmed on my line some congestion with sky routing to tbb, I got no idea if it affects any other routes.

I monitor my line from 16 servers and none of them show the latency bump.
TBB speedtest is slow single threaded, fast multi.

speedmy.net has a single threaded test which is also full speed.

I am reporting to sky to get it logged as a fault.
