What happens with the router SKY gave me if I cancel?

If it's the Sky Q Hub it's sky's and you need to return it.

If it's the sky Hub then you keep it.

If they ask you for it back then you need to hand it over. SKYQ equipment looks to be SKY's. Before that, once you have it, its yours. Just keep it for 3mths after you stop using SKY. If they do not ask for it back, then into the recycle bin.

I am going to assume that, if you have had any bits of equipment for 2-3+ years then the supplier is probably not going to want it back.

If you have an old Sky router or the Sky Hub SR101/SR102 (white or black square brick) then the equipment is yours to do with as you see fit.

The Sky Q Hub/Sky Hub 3 is a trickier one.

If a Q Hub was supplied as part of a full Sky Q installation (i.e. TV, Phone and Broadband/Fibre) then it belongs to Sky and must be returned.

If a Sky Q Hub was supplied as part of a phone and broadband/fibre ONLY installation (i.e. no TV service or non-Sky Q) or purchased as an upgrade then it is the customer's property.
