Out of interest, I have been checking Sky's broadband usage monitor (hidden away in the broadband test section) as it seemed very high when I first stumbled across it. And every month it has been very consistently around 1000GB, which is nothing like what I have been using.
I used maybe a couple of hundred GB before I left Virgin when I monitored it myself and although I've not been monitoring centrally with Sky yet, my PC is still only using around that mark. I think 500GB was a very high usage month for me when I'd had several game downloads etc.
Now either Sky Stream is using way more than anticipated or the counter is just... wrong?
It's the consistency that gets me too though - I've had months with several huge game updates and yet the chart seems no different...
Has anyone else noticed this? I did find a few posts mentioning the same but I guess most people never check.
