Do Zen do refunds for days BT phone down?

My BT phone has been dead for about 2 and a half weeks now. Do Zen refund on the days I was/am unable to connect to the RAS ?

Not generally (we are still paying the port rental to BT).
However exceptions may be made in some cases - you are best speaking with Customer Services.
