Thinking of getting Zen for business and adding VOIP?

Evening all,

Wonder if some of you more connected and technical people could advise.

Looking to move office and thinking of giving Zen a go, I know they used to rule the roost but never got round to giving them a shot, do seem to see some complaints nowadays but guess cant be plain sailing all the time.

Basically just looking for some consistency with regards to internet connection,which should not be too heavily used, as in serious downloading etc.

Also wondered if taking on the likes of their VOIP service is worth while, seems decent enough value on paper. I see they recommend a particular router but guessing any modern router would suffice?

The new office has had a line before but they terminated within the last few months, is there a best way to set the line up again, are Zen worth opting for that.

The one thing would like is a nice and easy way to divert calls to my mobile as and when required.

Any advice and pointers welcome.

If you wish to stay sane then Zen's the way to go. Their support when needed is excellent and they can cater for most businesses and are very reasonably priced across the board

Not a business customer but work in IT for a living.

As you can see from my signature I've used quite a few ISPs and Zen are by far the best, great service and great support when required.

However about their VOIP, is that a worthy edition for business use, also with regards to the actual phone line, am I aswell to get them to do the line itself or are BT as good as the next

Tried a few of the ones mentioned in your sig techguy, Plusnet were a bit of a let down if being honest, couldnt fault Newnet at the time, not sure if that has changed
