Trouble logging on to my account on Zen Website

Takes ages to log on and sometimes I simply can’t, instead met by a generic zen error message telling that it was an unexpected error and I should report it to Zen.

An unexpected error has occurred when trying to authenticate your account.

This the first time since I start January that I have been unfortunate enough to experience this particular. However I had a long problem where I had no internet access at all for weeks from when I got “connected”. Could there be link? I’m worried that the cease and reprovide messed up my credentials somehow?

You really should be raising this with Ajays and his team rather than here as hopefully he will be able to get this issue resolved for you.

Sorry not sure what you mean - it’s a Zen issue and this is the Zen sub forum isn’t it?
I’m referring to problems logging on to my account on the Zen website.

You have an issue logging onto the Zen portal, right? so why not raise the issue with Zen directly so they can resolve? I have kindly given you a link to someone at Zen who can resolve the issue. I have helped you. What is not to understand!!

I had some issues a while back... Seems that some of the new "tracking protections" built in to my browser was blocking login on the site. I forget if it was a 3rd party cookie or some Javascript being bocked but try disabling any blocker you have or white-listing the zen site

Various (Dial up) -> clara.net (Dial up) -> TELE2 (Microwave) -> ZeN (ADSL) -> ZeN (vDSL)

Zen support have told me to use old portal as apparently issues with the new account page. Very vague regarding the nature of the problem or an ETA.

All a little unnerving given a had a cease and reprovide which wasn’t fully successful. Connection working fine but unable to run Zen diagnostics. Possible underlying authentication issues which have persisted?

Oh well - that teaches me for not clicking!

Edit: In any case, the issue seems to be on its way to being resolved… So maybe the powers that be at Zen have heard my pleas and those of the other unfortunates similarly impacted.
