I'm looking to migrate but am not yet decided whether to go through with it or not and was looking at AA, I don't download a lot so just looking to save a bit of money, having looked round the other forums I notice that a lot seem to be having problems at the moment so I'm a bit wary.
Currently with Zen on the Pro package but if I could save a bit every month that would be great

Best thing is to drop onto the IRC channel during the day and talk to a few people about what you're looking for (irc://irc.nixhelp.org/A&A).

A&A aren't the cheapest but they don't skimp on capacity and have very good support.

I left the Nildram 'ship' back in 2007 for AAISP. I'm very happy. There charging model works fine for me. (I don't do video or music downloads etc) I use daytime and evenings and except for the first part month where I was doing quite a few speed tests, have never gone over my 1 gig quota. (I must be sad! laugh)

Technical support is 100% plus. As is their technical web page. Usage Graphs plus access to BT fault checking - you can initiate a BT check on your ADSL and see the result. OK, they did have a bad day beginning of January, but their tech support helpline (NOT premium or 0870 rate) had updated messages. I never felt the need to continue after the message. Plus they have a Status page hosted elsewhere, so you can go dial up and access that if you wish and the need arises. As a recent County Councillor, I am fairly busy with email and the County's website. AAISP was my best choice.

I am thinking of bringing my second line here from Entanet.

They have lost the plot somewhat at the moment - (it has been a long moment crazy)

Line One:- Zen - DrayTek Vigor 2600VG
Line Two:- EntaNet - DrayTek Vigor 2600
