Not very impressive....

Just moved to A&A today from Vivaciti Surfwise.

This is the worst speed I have ever had:

I usually see 6-7Mb - but not even 1?

Call support, they have a big stick that they beat BT with until they fix!

What are your line stats?

PM me your details or email support so that we can look into this further, should not be seeing that speed anytime especially if you were seeing 6-7Mb previously.

I sent you a few PM's explaining the VP you are on is running very hot and that we have reported a fault to get you moved onto another VP (probably Monday)

I will keep a close eye on progress.
