At a guess I'd say he wants to know what the plans are for the FTTC products, and if the packages will stay the same albeit with a quick speed??

AFAIK yes. The bandwidth costs at the AAISP end haven't changed, just the access speed.

The plan as I understand it is to have the same cost with a higher installation charge for FTTC.
