Top Ups

Guys,

Am I the only one surprised that the recent top ups applied due to the LNS issues expire one month after they were added unless they are used?

I am convinced that they remained on the account till used, I understood that no more than the monthly allowance could be carried forward, but I thought (and am convinced was told by someone at AASIP) that topups didn't expire.

The T&C's wording has been changed yesterday, LINK, but I still think that it is ambiguous regarding topup usage.

Or am I totally in the wrong?

All it means is your limit is increased.. the topup isn't accounted for any differently to the normal paid bandwidth, so it behaves identically, rolling over for a month.

The topups don't expire, as such, as I'm not sure how that would work anyway.
