Contact support and ask for the WHOIS details on your IP subnet to be removed / changed.

Or you can also just remove your name from the WHOIS in your own cp. smile

^^ What Lazza said.

Login to your control page on clueless, then click the link for "Change preferences, password, RIPE details, reverse DNS etc..."

Set Reverse DNS to "auto", and delete everything except your name under RIPE info.

That's how mine's set and IP2Location doesn't show any details for me personally.

I also notice it shows completely the wrong location for me anyway, but I suspect that may be down to my IP address having been previously assigned to someone else.

Netgear's still hanging on to my line much better than the Zyxel by the way - thanks for that tip smile

Thanks for the easy instructions for this non-techy member smile

I had already deleted everything when I joined A&A on the RIPE section as I thought that would ensure my name did not appear anywhere and it is set to Auto confused

Will have to contact support on Monday after all.

Netgear.. when all else fails netgear works thank goodness grin
