Security warning screen when trying to login to AAISP site

Hi, the last few times i've tried logging into the aaisp website to view my line stats I get this warning screen from my firefox web browser

Should I just ignore this screen and continue?

A&A use CACert for their site certificate... See http://www.aaisp.net.uk/cacert.html
