They have normailsed again but this does seem to occasionally occur towards the end of the week and/or weekends at which time throughput can plummet as well. The last time was about 3/4 weeks ago.

NO, they don't think there is a problem so have had to take it a step higher.

Just left you a PM but according to BT they reckon the VP is running hot, trying to find out when this will be addressed.

Looks like the latency problem has now been fixed, it's now back down to 23ms. Thanks for getting onto BT about it Shaun
