How long does the migrate take?

Just migrated on Sunday so was wondering how long this takes? My migration code expires on the 10th Nov and I used it on 8th Nov so that won't matter that I only had a couple of days left? Anyway looking forward to hitting 800kbps again as being on Enta recently I was lucky to be getting 200kbps.

Have you had a migration date or confirmation from AAISP ?

Part of the sign-up process should have created an account for you on one of the AAISP websites. That site will let you see the progress of your order along with the projected migration date.

In my case I migrated exactly a week after signing up.

Ahhh yes I've had a look and its got a date of the 16th so thats exactly a week.

Mmmmm still not had any confirmation emails about connecting. The connection date is Monday 16th, or thats what was on the account page but that has now disappeared. Do they email you to tell you that you should now change your login to connect or what? Dont want to be without an internet connection.

The ordertracking shouldn't have disappeared from the status page. I would give them a call to check it wasn't affected by the glitch they reported over the weekend.

FWIW, I submitted my order about mid-day and it was mid-day a week later that my previous connection went dead. So this business of migrations happening during the night no longer seems to be true.

When order completes we would send an SMS confirming this (if a mobile number was supplied on order) It would be worth calling in and checking the status if you have still not heard anything.

Yes just tried login and I'm now connected. It would have been nice to be informed hehehe. Just done a quick speedtest and its 6.5mb so hopefully that will stay. Thanks.
