Did you move to a comparable product with AA? I.e BT to BT?

If so, perfectly normal as nothing actually changes at the exchange.

It should get sorted quickly its that be/o2 thingy that is muddling up sales, they need some 'educating' by Shaun wink

If you move between IPstream products, the only thing that changes is your login details, nobody twitches at the exchange.

I remember moving TO o2 access (about a year and a half ago now) from BT, and all it took was a change of password in my router. I remember being wowed by the speed increase compared to BT.

...times change!
