I believe you have access to the line statistics (SNR Margin etc) from the DSLAM, if this is true is this open for any ISP to get from BT or is it one of your specialities?

It would be something all ISP's can get.

Below are from my home line running a status check via our control panel (backend is an XML interface into BT)


Up Sync=448Kb/s LoopLoss=13dB SNR=28dB ErrSec=0 HECErr=0 Cells=4131
Down Sync=8000Kb/s LoopLoss=26.5dB SNR=6dB ErrSec=10 HECErr=0 Cells=5619

So ISP's can get this as a log or graph over time, what/is the sample period over time that you could see? (every second or minute or longer?).
What i'm trying to get at is that it would be possible to get the these stats and compare them to what the end user is seeing which had been collected via something like Routerstats?

it just gives a snap shot at the time of query so may not help you
