Well just to say after the massive PITA with my current ISP I have now signed back up with AAISP!
Managed to accrue a cancellation charge for just requesting a MAC so seeing as I have been charged that i've used it I was going to leave it status quo but that has given me a kick!
Saying that they have agreed to refund it when I leave so....
Hopefully if my intermittent problems resurface I might stand a chance of getting them sorted
