I am currently with Zen and there is an existing fault on the line, I will have a second engineer visit this Saturday. I hope there is a resolution but if not I want to explore options.
I live a fair distance from the exchange as my attentuation is 63.5db (the engineer told me it was 66db I think). So I accept that there will be some issues. However I get daily resyncs and my BRAS drops to 135/250 but when the connection was stable my profile was 1000 however the line has worsened over the past 6 months.
If I wanted to migrate to AAISP who advertise the offer of taking on a fault - do I also have to buy your equipment? I understand you make a promise of refunding if a fault is not resolved - so I wanted to price it up.
