Hi, just a few words to share my little story
My exchange went to adsl2 this month, I have been with BT for many years (since 0.5mb was home install) however I was not happy to have a 12 month contract for essentially what is a regrade.To be fair to BT my old connection was rock solid and has only ever been down twice in the years I was with them.
Before I got my mac I spoke to Shaun from AA and he happily answered all my questions before I even said I was thinking of migrating.
Ordered the migrate (MAC from BT was no problem) and install date was today 31/03
Woke up in the morning to find router was not logging in, changed login details and went straight from 8mb to 18.7 mb synch. Bras profile updated tonight to 16mb so happy with that, Shaun had already offered to chase BT tommorow if it did not change tonight sometime.
All in all I am pleased at the way they have handled my questions and just want to give some credit were its deserved.
