Trying to get more info on FTTC.

Openreach is delighted to announce that the 1st phase of the NGB Project will go live on 30th April 2010. The initial 299 cabinets will be ready for service on that date � full details will be available on Openreach�s Enhanced Managed Line Characteristics Dialogue Service (eMLC) from 29th March 2010.

Communication Providers (CPs) who are members of the FTTC/P Triallists Working Group (TWG) will also find a list of the 299 Northern Ireland NGB FTTC / VDSL cabinets including post code locations in the Network section of the FTTC Trial � documentation page in the FTTC/FTTP secure area of the Openreach website. These cabinets will be ready for service on the 30th April 2010.

So...basically, as the title says, I'm trying to get more info on FTTC. I am in an area being covered by the BT project in the link above, and several new cabinets have been installed in this area. If/when it's available in this area, Andrews & Arnold would be my choice of provider. However, BT's information on the roll-out is incredibly vague. There have been several dates mentioned for this area, 30th April, 30th June and 30th July. Are any of these dates accurate? This exchange area is on "Phase 2" of BT's rollout. (By the end of Summer 2010) so any of these dates could be correct.

Since the eMLC system was updated on the 29th March for the 299 cabinets supposedly going live on 30th April, I was hoping that maybe someone from A&A could possibly help me find out:

A)If my cabinet is upgraded, and if not, is it going to be?

B) When?
