20CN, 21CN and BE

[link to this post]

I am looking at moving to AASIP but I am unsure which of the above services suits me best.

Previously I have had an 02 LLU based service but experienced a 50% speed decrease that was never resolved.

When a BT engineer came out he was limited to what he could do as he didn't have access to the Be equipment in the exchange.

The test that were run indicated that the line could indeed provide the higher speed I was receiving.

Bearing that in mind would I be better of with a BT based service?

If the engineer was correct in his diagnosis then moving to any other provider (Except Be) should resolve the problem.

Now, could anyone tell me where the nearest Specsavers is?
