Upgrade to 21CN

My connection was upgraded yesterday. My modem is DG834GT and my stats are showing:

Modem Status Connected
DownStream Connection Speed 7616 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 960 kbps


I can see the upstream has been increased, but the down is actually lower than when i was on the 8mb. I've emailed support, but I'm wondering if there's anything i can do locally?

Hi - i called this morning, and my line has been "reset" - so waiting for the 24 hours to pass!! (currently still the same speed)

Gotta wait for my line to be re-trained

After calling today, (third time lucky!) I was told my line had been updated to 21CN, but not ADSL2 - so now back now waiting for BT to put that through.
