FARADAY - L-FAR

For some months now I've been seeing 20CN-REGION-FARADAY and 21CN-REGION-L-FAR on various ISP service statuses.

So my question.... Where is Faraday/L-Far?

I would imagine it's the Faraday exchange - http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/CLFAR
