Due to be activate on 5th April but it did not happen!

I made the mistake of choosing to be activated by AAISP on Thursday 5th. April without realising this is a Bank Holiday weekend, so when the change didn't happen I've not been able to find out why.
I'll just have to wait for Tuesday unless someone is in the office today. I don't blame them if they are not...holidays are holidays!
My MAC is OK until the 19th so that should not be a problem.

This is the first time I've migrated. Is there anything I should have done?

Thursday 5th was a normal working day, so there may have been another reason for the delay.

They'll probably be able to tell you why when they're back in the office.

If you log into your Control Panel, you may be able to find some reason. Try clicking on your phone number.

When I tried to log-in, Firefox issued this warning :-

"This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to clueless.aa.net.uk, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified. "

I'm still connected to Namesco as shown by ttb speedtest so I will wait until Tuesday.

There is a fix for that warning. It is on the AAISP website.

You can go quite safely to Clueless and in fact that is where you go for your usage data and various email and web settings. You can access with your login regardless of the ISP that you are routing through.

Thank you both for the information.

I now know that I will actually change to AAISP on the 12 th.April which will suit me fine.

I am going to have to study their site to get the best out of all they offer. I've never had so much info. regarding my connection. Let us hope ADSL2+ is as good as it's cracked up to be.

Meanwhile let's all enjoy the rest of the holiday!
