I'm glad it's sorted now...
MACs are normally emailed out within a few minutes of them being requested. If you're able to email in with the details we can look to see what the delay was in this case.

the fault was actually on my part, sorry
I am very sorry to leave, you have been a great isp but we need the internet during the day a lot more now as we are about to have our second child and my wife will be in a lot more. Maybe if you ever change your packages when day time is the same as evening time i would come back.
