Does coming soon usually mean within a month or two? I understand that an EO line poses a challenge but not an insurmountable one.

Don't think that can be right as Achiltibuie is a considerable distance from Dornie.

Please can you copy and paste what the BT Wholesale checker sayd for your phone number. That is better for this purpose than the one you are using.

Can we have the table and the line above it, with your phone number removed of course .

NSDNI Dornie exchange might (and its a big might) be getting some FTTP for some of the EO lines. When - no idea and in some other areas this has been downgraded to delivering a cabinet with VDSL2 instead.

You're better off getting in touch with a fella called Nick Scroggie from Highlands & Islands Enterprise - BDUK authority responsible for the Highlands area. He was very helpful and gave me a fairly accurate go live date for my FTTC cab, just outside of Inverness. I would email him your full address (incl postcode) & tel number.

Time will tell if this data proves to be accurate, things change.

Great news if it is correct, only fly in the ointment is there are no cabinets here all lines are EO. I can only hope that they intend to put cabinets outside the tiny exchange.

The bad news is that quarter-end dates are nearly always place-holders and just mean it is on the list to be done. As late as two days before the date it can slip 3 or 6 months to another quarter end.

If it slips a shorter length of time to what looks like a scheduled date, things start to look hopeful.

RobertoS how right you were, the scheduled date has just changed from 30th June to end December. Looks like it's all just LaLa land stuff with no real information available.
Such a pity as a shiny new green cabinet was installed yesterday so we all thought yippee finally well get a proper broadband service at long last.

Just outside the exchange? If so, if it is for your area's EO lines not some other area's, then at least it's progress.
