Re: Replacing Router

[re: kam67] [link to this post]

Kam,

I am a Libra and as such I tend to see everyone's point of view. Kam, you can have as many ISP's as you can afford in much the same way that a lot of millionaires have more than 10 cars when REALLY all they need is one. They can afford to have as many cars as they like. They might only ever use one or two of them on any given day but since they can afford to have that many cars that gives them the right to have as many as they like.

I hope that clarifies things for everyone here.

Cya,

Hi mking90031 - appreciate your ability to expand your perspective. Similarly, I am also able to see things from the perspective of those who are criticising me for this: while in some cases, the motives may be somewhat questionable, in others, the argument is that my present set up is counterproductive as it may be creating conflicts between the different routers and their Wi-Fi signals. This is something I can easily test when I’m at the property tomorrow, when I will be able to experiment and switch off a couple of the Wi-Fi signals, leaving only one router (probably the Zen Fritzbox as it’s the one presently with the worst Wi-Fi).
