A&A their phonelines unavailable?

Do A&A still have their call in phonelines up? From different devices just get a warble then female saying "unavailable". Should be 0333 400 999//222

The standard UK phone number format uses 11 digits which is probably why those numbers are not working. Not an A&A customer myself but their website gives the contact numbers as 03333 400 999 for support and 03333 400 222 for sales.
