I filled out the VOIP port form on the AAISP site today. Unfortunately OTS wasn't available as Talk Talk Business wasn't listed so had to give them an account number with TTB and phone number.
Have kept my AAISP account open from when I had fibre so the £12 port fee will be taken by Direct Debit on Monday.
With it being a Friday I am not expecting much progress til next week. Emailed TTB to tell them I was porting the number to AAISP.
So now we wait!

Another email from AA and the process is underway so have ordered a grandstream HT801 from ebay. Should arrive Friday/Sat.

Got a bill from TTB today so have been chasing if it's my final bill from them. CS agent on phone didn't know as they have just implemented a new system but for some reason I have been added to it and it's generating bills.
On the AAISP VOIP side all was working fine and being billed for outgoing calls but this has now stopped and only incoming calls are being logged on the AA system, made a call yesterday and it has yet to appear or be billed. Local logs on the Grandstream HT801 are showing everything.

My outgoing calls from yesterday are showing up but not outgoing calls for today.

Thanks for that so its not just me. I called them today to let them know said they would call back. Was working fine earlier in the month.

I did not make any outgoing calls yesterday.

Still only getting incoming calls logged in AA's CDR log. Outgoing not logged or charged. Seems to have started since my PlusNet IP (dynamic) changed. Oh well free calls.
