I'm confused - are you signing up to plusnet or AA?

I was with AA but found myself watching the download clock so switching to Plusnet.

Pricing? https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/providers/plusnet/ Plusnet Full Fibre 500 looks like a good deal if a 24 month contract is acceptable...

Went for the 900 deal with PN and reward card last night and have switchover date of 15th Sept. My main pc is ethernet so should see the full 900.

That should be fine - are you still considering AA for VoIP after the switchover to Plusnet?

I am when TTB contract is into its final year at the end of October.

That should be fine - are you still considering AA for VoIP after the switchover to Plusnet?

Yes although remains to be seen if it switches over on Monday as OR said there was no order for a switchover on their system but PN have told me they will sort it on Monday if no switch or speed regrade.

So that is the switch from AA speeds of 115/20 with a limit of 1TB to unlimited Plusnet 900?

My next door neighbors have just had FTTP installed. OR did the external ug work and after a few days a Sky engineer came and did the final exterior to interior connections. Probably a good thing he didn't encounter similar problems otherwise I would imagine OR would have to return and correct the issue...

There would have been no need for a Sky engineer to visit if they had opted for Sky Streaming.

I have joined tonight with an order for full fibre on a 1 month contract. Ordering was simple but comprehensive. I chose the new installation without affecting my current service (VDSL/Phone) and as soon as that contract is up will port the phone to AA.

Why did you decide to use AA?
