I wonder if anyone elase has had this problem? on 4th of April I moved my BT landline to AOL to add to my existing broadband connection.
After the switchover I have had no internet or rather I'm redirected to the webpage
Despite having a free router sent to me twice, I'm no further ahead with getting this problem resolved with AOL. THeir fault finding is based round resetting the router rather than any lateral thinking as to why I'm being redirected to the above webpage.
The problem and complaint is escalated for the second time to the Network Team but as the next step seems to be sending an engineer to my house, I think that they are looking at the wrong end of the problem.
I've been with AOL for 17 years on a direct debit payment so I'm not in arrears with payments.
I wonder if anyone has had a similar problem and got it resolved
