Help in reading my broadband quality graph

Hi all

Im new to this after someone on the Virgin Media website recommended this test so i though i would give it a look.
But as im a newbie to this type of thing can somebody explain in basic terms for a dumb person what the different colours mean etc

And tell me if everything is ok. My missus works from between 8am and 5pm and usually someone is on the PC till 11pm ish. Just in case that is relevant.

If blue and yellow are wide that is bad, if you see lots of red very bad.

Saturating a connection with downloads will mean blue and yellow increase. So if these are wide when no-one is using connection then probably congestion somewhere that is NOT your fault.
