I've been using the quality monitor to keep an eye on my Virgin SuperHub, that had (until recently) been running satisfactorily. However, during March and these early few days of April, there have been frequent and sometimes lengthy disconnects. So, I've now set it to operate in 'modem only' mode with a separate router hooked up, which so far seems to have sorted things out.
It has meant though that my IP address has changed, I attempted to add a new quality monitor for the new IP address, but the capacity limit of the beta has been reached, so I'm unable to.
Is the capacity limit in terms of one per user? So, if I delete my old quality monitor, will I then be able to create a new one for the new IP address?
