I recently got a new Super Hub, connected it up, phoned the free phone number to register the Super Hub, all the necessary light came out etc.
However when I went to check my graph it states that my Super Hub is OFF when it actually isn't

I checked the ping section on my SH and notice the " Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP" has the box ticked.
that's correct isn't it? If not what else can the problem be?
