Broadband monitor showing everlasting packet loss

Hi all

I am new to Broadband Monitor. I have set it up and it started, but, it is full from the date it started with packet loss. I mean full. Any ideas why?

Have you input the right IP address?

Which modem/router/hub do you have and is it set up to respond to the ICMP packets?

Who is your ISP?

Thank you for your responses.Sorry for not browsing enough through the website.
The IP is correct but the respond to icmp requests was not checked on VirginMedia's superhub.
I solved that and probably now everything will be ok.
