Suggestion: Searchable database for TBB Monitors?

Just a suggestion here, but I think it would be really useful if these was a searchable database monitors.

Obviously anyone with an existing monitor would have to agree for it to be shared (the same for new users), but I think a database that could be searched by exchange/area/ISP/product etc. would invaluable info. It would help identify issues such as exchange capacity, ISP speed issues etc.
