TBB Network Issue?

Just want some clarification on this...

Show's it on both of my graph's + a friends. Is this relevant to TBB's network or an external source?

The two lines @ 12 if you was wondering smile

There was a blip that affected the ping box.

http://craigswebsites.co.uk/ping/ is a good place to check for widespread issues

Same here on mine (see sig), but only on IPv4, not IPv6 for some reason.

I happened to be at the computer at the time, tbb slowed right down but other sites didn't seem to be affected.
