New to the forum, I hope I am posting in the right forum. Would you be able to tell me if the following is an acceptable ping loss?
Unless you have something using your line all the time, I would say NO that isn't acceptable. But it might be all you can get with Virgin Media in your area. (VM has different issues around the country).

I have spoken to Virgin as I was certain it was effecting streaming video and gaming. They did admit that there was unusual packet loss, only after I said mind.
An engineer will be coming Saturday, fingers crossed.
