The red portion is when the BQM's pings went unanswered. This indicates a total loss of connectivity between the BQM device and your router for that period of time.
At a guess, whatever is being monitored in being turned off overnight.
Virgin residential IP addresses are sticky but not static, so it is possible you now have a different IP address and the address you are monitoring now belongs to someone else. In that case, you should delete the BQM and start a new one.
