Sudden latency drop, consistent since then?

My Broadband Ping
I just noticed the above. Since having Zen installed it's been very consistent. Obviously a latency drop is a good thing, I am just curious as to what might have happened to cause this.

Either a routing change by Zen or interleaving has been turned off for the connection
