I think there's a beta firmware available for G.INP compatibility

Yep, thanks I saw it mentioned somewhere on Kitz. Although our Huawei cab doesn't have it enabled, presumably it will be (or similar tech) in the future.

G.INP will only turn on if you have a modem that supports it.

Yep, the 8800NL supports G.INP, but it's showing as not present in its stats and DSLStats that I also have running.

My conclusion (after reading various posts on here and Kitz) is that the most recent cabinets haven't had G.INP enabled by default.
