BT Packet Loss?

Has anyone else been suffering evening packet loss over the past few days between 8:30 and 10:30 on BT Infinity? My ping graph (sorry it got deleted after the IP changed) has been showing between 40% and 75% packet loss during these times. Websites are slow during this happening and sometimes don't load.

Speed tests are flat out and full speed. I have tried changing DNS settings and I have tried resetting Modem and routers etc. I believe this is a core network issue with BT but need to know if others are seeing it?

Andrew are you able to look at other BT TBB graphs?

A peek at the wider BT pool of BQM suggests this is not a widespread problem. This points towards a connection specific issue, or a cabinet/exchange problem.
