in order of severity from worst to best
red
blue
yellow
on the graphs
red is packet loss and if you get that pretty much everything may be disrupted.
yellow means latency is spiking, just one single delayed packet will be enough to cause yellow.
blue is the average latency so if the blue is noticeable it suggests a lot of spikes.
if the time fits in with activity then it probably is down to your usage rather than the isp.
