Cross referencing BQMs to spot exchange/ISP wide issues

The TBB BQM is a great tool.
It would be pretty sweet if you were able to search for other BQMs geographically close to one another as a means to identify if an impacted connection is specific to a particular user or is affecting others in same area. If geographically close BQMs could also be filtered by ISP, that would help identify if any issues are exchange related or ISP related. i.e. A great insight into information that the public has no access to.

Yours looks like you may have a congestion issue.

Mine has now (after lots of jumping through hoops) finally been acknowledged as a congested SVLAN.
Question is,will the SVLAN they move me onto be any better or worse?
