reading my graph

sorry I'm not very tech savvy and I would appreciate it if you guys could give me your opinions in whats happening with my broadband.

I am with virginmedia on 200mbps using superhub 2.

My PC is connected through Ethernet as well as my PS4.

For the last few months I've been getting really bad lag issues, online gaming is unplayable for every game in any server.

Twitch - Netflix and BBC Iplayer seem to buffer on a regular basis.

My speeds vary from 30mbps to 170mbps.

No matter what speed I am getting I still seem to get a ridiculous amount of lag.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

The ping graph is not showing - no idea why.

But if you are on a 200 Mbps service and speeds vary a lot between 30 Mbps and 170 Mbps then suggests a lot of congestion on the virgin media network somewhere. If this is affecting standard services then time to beat up provider about it.
