Struggling with SSE/ Daisy- graph shows issues?

Hi. Not really sure how to interpret the graph, I have read the FAQ's again and again, but it seems to go over my head.

With the ongoing evening speed issues, I have been keeping my monitor going, but it doesn't really show me a lot before Friday. This was my graph on 5th July:

This was my BQM for the 10th July, the "humps" have started appearing over the weekend, since "improvements" were supposed to have been made.

I'm guessing the humps aren't a good thing?

The humps are not a good thing - they point to a likely capacity issue somewhere. The likelihood is that yesterday's humps are related to streaming sports events.

Thanks for the explanation. We appear to be suffering congestion every day, but the graph usually stays quite low. Tonight the humps have gone, so obviously a quiet night ahead
